A tracking number will be issued via e-mail to the e-mail address you provide which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel once it is booked.
To ensure speedy delivery, we recommend providing a business address where possible or providing clear delivery instructions in the ‘Special Instructions’ section of the shopping cart when ordering.
Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strike, transport complications etc.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact details. A current contact number, as well as any additional information such as ideal delivery times or safe leaving locations, should be provided in order to avoid multiple delivery attempts. Multiple delivery attempts or parcel re-direction may incur an additional fee which will be billed to you by the delivery service provider.

Please note, during our Online Sale periods your package may take between 7-12 working days to be delivered to you from the date you placed your order. Rest assured our team work around the clock to pack and send your order as fast as they can. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped along with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
